I can show you 315-75-16 on a F350, or 295-65-18 on a F150, lol

Honestly it's not going to be much different than stock, a tad taller and a tad wider, not much. Duratracs are wider tho because of the sidewall tread.

I have 315x75R16 duratracs on my 7.3. They have about 10,000 miles on them, they are about half tread. I love the tires but they wear very fast on a 1 ton pickup. I haven't even rotated them, the fronts are wearing just as fast as the rears.

That's odd. I've got about 20,000 on mine and they're still just over 1/2 tread. And that living on the front their entire life. Just put them on the back to let them flatten out and stay there for the rest of their life. Probably another 15-20k

i wont buy another set of duratracs.. i have barely 40k on them and i have grooved the lil connecting bars out from between the tread blocks.. they are a badass all around tire but i didnt get the mileage out of them that the dealer told me i would get.. believe it or not, i never did a smokey burnout with them either.. spun on wet or snowy pavement only but not enough to destroy them.. 5k mile tire rotations. religiously with oil change.

My brother had them on his truck. His wore out quicker than expected as well and wasn't really impressed with them. He says he's much happier with his Cooper St Maxx tires. There are others that love them though so what do I know lol.

i loved them till they where 75% gone... i groved them and siped them.. helps a lot with the little tread it has now.

i just had a set of the st max coopers put on one of our work trucks. one of the forman i work with is gonna try a set also.. im curious to see how they last.. im thinkin about trying the mastercraft ct's next but might still go with the mastercraft mxt's..

Had duratracs on my 150 and loved them they lasted forever wore down evenly. Put new ones on my 250 when I got it and they started to get choppy after 10-15k miles on them and it just went down hill from there. They wore down quick on my 250. I never spun the tires just lots of highway driving. They were great when I first put them on lots of traction and quite. But with the heavier truck they don't last.

I will say though I change over to the Mastercraft Mxt and love them. Not greatest on ice but everything else they are pretty great. Never been stuck with them. Great for snow, mud, sand and pavement. Have about 20k + on the them now and still more then half. They are wearing down great. But I will say that when they start to wear you get little hum. Overall great tire for the price IMO.

i think with a little sipe work and those mxt's would be the cats ass.. i have put prolly 6 sets on our work trucks and they are doing very well.. if the center tread blocks where spaced out some or made smaller, i think that it would help the a lot... if i do go the mxt route, I'll be siping them before they even get drove on the road.. i paid 1200 bucks for my duratracs. my buddy who has a shop at home can get me 275/70/18 mxt's for less then 900.... kinda a no brainer... but im kickin around the idea of the CT tire also.. haven't gotten a price on those yet..

I'm close to 40k miles now and have about 1/3 tread left. Honestly I've never gotten over 40k on any set of tires before replacing them and iirc Duratracs are only rated for 60k anyway. I have yet to see another tire outperform it (especially in winter) so I'll be buying another set next year.

They'd probably last longer if I didn't drive like a maniac and rotated them more often.
