ARP main studs for girdles.

Anyone know if the main studs you buy for the 7.3 are the same or will work with a girdle ? Or are they a longer stud to compensate ?

Few years back I rebuilt a forged rod engine and the main bolts didn't wanna torque up. So I slapped in a set of arp studs. Now she's coming out for some upgrades.

Just wondering if A. They will work and B. who will sell the girdle separately

There are short studs and long studs. If you are using a 2 bolt girdle you will need longer studs of the longer ones for the girdle.

Usually if you buy a girdle it will come with the proper studs. But I would just make sure depending on who you are buying from. But yes if its a 2 bolt girdle you will need long and short studs
