Instaing my ARP studs and paperwork says final torque to 275 ft/lb
But I thought I read it should be around 185 to 210 , just want to get it right the first time .

This has been an argument on here more than once. I think ARP either changed to lubricant for their studs, or at one time didn't use any at all., This changed the torque value from what it used to be. Some people don't understand that if lubricated the value is less than dry.
Yes, but the new moly lube they provide lowers the torque value to 275*. This is because it has less torque scatter so you aren't wasting as much of your applied torque to overcome friction. This provides more clamping force to the head rather than fastener friction.
