ATS transmission issue

Hey guys I need some help, I installed an ATS 5r trans about 20k miles ago, everything went smooth tell about 2 weeks ago when whenever I would come to a stop the truck would lock the converter an die, it started doing it on drive only an then after a couple days it started doing it in reverse as well, it started off only doing it on occasions for the first day or 2 an now whenever i put it in any gear to take off it locks the converter an kills the truck, Ats has treated me right so far an has sent me a new converter which I installed... the issue was not fixed, they then sent me a new front pump assembly which i installed, the issue is still not fixed, I have little knowledge of transmissions but im wondering if it is simply just a bad TCC solenoid? Sure would be nice to not have to pull that thing again

The TCC solenoid either took a crap or has some debris in it.

Wouldn't I have a trouble code or wrench light? Truck has neither with this issue.
