All Ford diesels are included with the Enhanced Ford Option. I don't know if the new 6.7 is included in the 10.0 version, but I do know the 7.3, 6.0, and 6.4 is included. It coves up to an additional

They have the 99-03 7.3L listed but not the 94-97 7.3L This will work on a 97 right??

Yes, it will scan any Powerstroke, including a '97. I've had it hooked to mine several times.
