Back-up camera doesn't work.

So a few days ago my Sync nav started giving me the "Camera unavailable. Contact dealership" message. Well for the last month Texas has seen more rain than the Amazon. When I pulled the harness connector apart under the truck it puked a good amount of water out of it. Let it dry and reconnected it and it now works. So if anyone is having trouble lately with their back up cameras this may be the culprit.

Try putting dielectric grease in the female connection end or male plug end of the harness. I did this on the whole engine wiring harness and everything electrical my old RZR and went balls deep underwater about 7 different times. (For a good time period, at least a minute each time I turned into a jetski and floated lol.) If thats not the problem, check the fuse under hood on driver side.
