Bad accel pedal?

What are the symptoms of a bad accelerator pedal sensor? Yesterday, I was pulling out of a parking space in a parking lot and I had no response from the pedal. It would only idle along. I slowly gave it more throttle and it finally kicked in and was fine after. I checked codes and there wasn't any. Any thoughts?

No EGR, nothing in exhaust pipe except space.

Curious if they are acting insanely erratic or staying one value. Either or could cause the symptoms.

I've been monitoring 2 different app signals since it happened, but it hasn't acted up since.

What sootie is getting at is a bad ebp can make the truck go into forc e d idle modes at times. It can also make it feel like it isnt accelerating due to command of turbos being base off ebp.
