baking the headlights

At about what temperature and for how long do I bake them to take the lense off? I had a light that would get condensation in it and now the lense looks dirty. Thanks guys

never heard of baking the headligts. just make sure one side doesn't get more burnt than the other....remember to flip, haha.

250. Put it in for 5-7 mins at a time until it finally pries open.
