I've got an x3 that I bought from american muscle to use on a mustang I had. I've since sold the car. The device is unlocked and unmarried. It has 4 unlocks left. I have confirmed via sct you can use this on any 96- current ford vehicle, including diesel. It will accept any custom tune just like we all use from matt, Eric, Vivian etc.

That I do not know for sure. If you can get a tune written that deletes, then I don't see why you couldn't load it with this. I'm not very 6.4 savvy
