I also posted this in the tech section as well for people whom are looking for this.

This is really easy to do guys and can be done turbos on. :clapping:I did mine in the driveway in about 3 hrs. total. Any questions PM me. Have fun and it is a worth while mod as it only costed $400 and a little time. Truck pulls harder forsure and boost is now at 51-52 PSI with the H&S 300 tune. EGT's dropped about 160* at wide open throttle from 60-100 mph as well. Also I was really happy with how clean it made the exhaust with the big tunes. :redspotdance:

might get flamed for even asking but is there anyway to pound the nut on an off with an impact gun with out taking the down pipe loose? isnt the front of the shaft broached for a little hex key also? looking for another way to get one on with out moving my down pipe.. my my elite waste gate kit is a bitch to get hooked back into the down pipe (weld it your self kit lol)

No there is not a way to do this without taking the downpipe loose. First because like White Monster said the allen key is way to small and secondly because you cant get the right torque spec by putting it on with an impact wrench. I would not even think of trying that. The end result would be you getting a new turbo. Also you can push your downpipe off to the other side as well there is room if that is easier for you.

Yes it is a direct swap and no balancing in required.

The torque spec on the nut which holds on the wheel is 170-200 in/lbs. with a drop of blue locktight on the threads.
