Battery & brake light flash: dash instruments, radio, Windows stop working

Just recently I noticed my brake light would flash and my radio, dash instruments and Windows would quit working for a few moments then they would all turn back on. The dash lights would stay on but all the needles would fall as if the truck was off. Has anyone experienced this issue and if so what are the possible fixes? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Dads 2006 F350 XLT required a new gauge cluster for VERY similar problems. I remember the radio, lights, hvac fan would shut off, and I'm positive there was more stuff... Not sure if needles would all fall or not

Is this while driving or very shortly after starting?

Check your alternator output. Sounds voltage related.

Agree with checking the alternator output. A weak alternator doesn't perform so well in a hot engine bay.
