Bench seat

So I'm not sure where to put this.
But I picked up a 96 reg cab yesterday and the seat feels saggy on drivers side want to know where I can get a rebuild kit for it new cushions and if I can get springs.
And also wanting to know if there are other options such as a 40/20/40 seat. Seat isn't tore interior is in great condition just don't like how the seat feels.

You can basically swap in any seat you want.
Just gotta make sure you get the seat track adapter with it.

Are there any Ford seats that just swap in no adapting?

Yeah, but like I said, you have to get the bracket with it.
Could be slightly off, but any regular cab from 88-97 will work.
