here are the turbo rules:
TURBOCHARGER: A box S-4 Turbo is the largest turbo allowed with cast wheel only and should measure no larger than 64.0 mm. S-3 are permitted with a billet wheel but can only have a 63.5 compressor wheel. The same rules will apply for a stock appearing. Ford factory twin turbos are permitted but cannot be altered in any way. Turbos must be a true 2.5 charger. No clipped wheels or step down covers. .200 inch MWE groove maximum. MWE GROOVE MUST BE INSIDE NECK AREA WHERE INTAKE COVER IS MEASURED @2.5". Inducer bore must be non-removable. All air must go through 2.5 inducer bore or MWE groove. The wheel must protrude into the 2.5 bore 1/8”. Turbo will be checked with a 2.550” plug. The driver will be responsible for making compressor wheel and bore accessible for Tech officials to measure bore and inspect compressor wheel.
