will be pulling southwest wi next. New motorsports is going to the same rules as south west along with central wi truck pullers. the rules are all going southwest.

here are the turbo rules:
TURBOCHARGER: A box S-4 Turbo is the largest turbo allowed with cast wheel only and should measure no larger than 64.0 mm. S-3 are permitted with a billet wheel but can only have a 63.5 compressor wheel. The same rules will apply for a stock appearing. Ford factory twin turbos are permitted but cannot be altered in any way. Turbos must be a true 2.5 charger. No clipped wheels or step down covers. .200 inch MWE groove maximum. MWE GROOVE MUST BE INSIDE NECK AREA WHERE INTAKE COVER IS MEASURED @2.5". Inducer bore must be non-removable. All air must go through 2.5 inducer bore or MWE groove. The wheel must protrude into the 2.5 bore 1/8”. Turbo will be checked with a 2.550” plug. The driver will be responsible for making compressor wheel and bore accessible for Tech officials to measure bore and inspect compressor wheel.

Sounds like you can only run a box s463.5 or a s363 with a billet wheel unless you want to take a chance on getting caught.
