Best 4.5" lift

What's the best 4.5" lift for a decent price ? I'm at 8" now and I wanna drop down some but not sure what kit to go with. Not trying to spend 5k either. And input would be appreciated. Thanks[emoji106]

I would do Icon with Fox shocks.
