Best tuner for towing

I've got a '12 and need an idea of what you guys that tow are running for tunes. I don't need or want max power, I want the best fuel mileage I can get unloaded and a power level good to tow ~10k lbs. day in and day out.

Besides that just a good quality stainless delete pipe or exhaust and maybe an intake depending on how the stock intake performs.

[WHY NOT]

H&S has adjustable power levels that you can shift on the fly, which is nice for towing. You can turn it down when you are towing heaving.

I will usually tow in mild if I am 10,000+ lbs but for every day I run my truck on hot
