Best tunes for fuel mileage

I know everyone says the bigger tunes you run, and to run them easier will net you the best MPG. I got tunes from eric today....mileage, tow and extreme race. I got the extreme race with early lock and without it. Will running the early lock hurt mpgs or help? just wondering if I can just run the early lock all the time or just run normal lock untill i go to the track and then switch it out. Thanks guys!

Id say it will negligible at best. Run what you like best.
