I know the front axle u joints from ford are spicer. Not positive about the drive shaft u joints. The reason I asked about the traction bars is I had the same issue with my truck. The rear springs were actually getting weak from dealing with axle wrap and towing. Started getting vibrations while towing, then while empty. Traction bars solved the issue completely
