Best upgrades for 6.0 for mpg and towing

hey guys well im new to the ford 6.0 powerstroke thing so I was wanting to know what is the best things to do to a 2004 f350 dually 2wd with a 6.0 to better my mpg and towing ability. any help will be greatly appreciated. and thanks in advance

Best thing to do IMO is make sure your truck is running TOP NOTCH. No leaks, all good sensors, etc... Make sure not to run too big of tires.

Then just start adding efficient air flow mods like...
upgraded air filter
ported intake manfiold
better intercooler
billet comp wheel (maybe small turbo upgrade)
etc...

No Limit Fab for the intake, he's a sponsor on here, and he could probably point you in the right direction for the ported manifold too.
