That'd be a hell-a-lot of block to run without a traction bar as axle wrap will be quite pronounced. If the leafs are in good condition still I'd consider a traction-block system, but those don't come cheap. The best is to figure out how much more lift is needed to get the desired stance and go from there. Park the truck on a level surface. Measure the distance from the ground the top of the rear wheel fender arch and write down that number. Use a floor jack on the trailer hitch and lift until the desired height is attained. Measure at the same spot and subtract the first measurement from it. That is how much higher you need to go. Then add that number to the block installed. Come back with the numbers and then we'll figure out the options from there. Just for reference, a 7" (3" hanger/shackle w/ 4" leafs) Icon lift measures about 31" from centre of axle to top of fender arch.
