Billet flexplate

Hey guys. Sold my 6.0. Should be picking up a 6.4 this weekend. I have the billet flexplate and converter from my 6.0. Will it work for the 6.4? I have read that it will but has anyone here ever done it?

Converter may need to be changed, not positive.

6.0 converter is a slightly different stall but it will fit.

I think the 6.0 and the 6.4 flexplates are balanced different. If so this will cause a vibration.

Stall is 2400. Thats what I want. Just wanting to know if it will cause a balance issue.

6.0 converter is 6 stud for mounting and the 6.4 is 8 stud. And like it was mentioned the flex plates may be balanced different.

I ran a 6 stud converter/flex plate for a solid year, no issues

It was back when the dpc converters were just coming out and that's all Phil had to send me, swapped a stock 6.0 flexplate on and rolled out...around 10k miles.

That's what I was looking for. Plan is to swap the trans coverter and flexplate.

Iirc my Elite flex plate is drilled for both.

What do you mean different heights? They are the exact same diameter. When layed on their face they both measure 34mm to the center.
