So here is my new F350 Platinum that I have been setting up for a few months. I posted a lot of this on PSN and I recently joined PowerstrokeArmy.com and have found that I am preferring this forum more now so I figured I would put this up for you guys. Based on the group here I am sure you'll approve of what I've done!
Here are some stock pics leading through the progess up to my most recent mod.
First mods were tinted windows and recon side lights
Then removed factory running boards for AMP steps
Then it went in for the suspension: Icon 4.5" stage 3 with their piggyback shocks up front and the 2.5 shocks in the rear. Went with Icon dual steering stabilizers and upgraded adjustable track bar. For the rear lift went with OUO large gusset traction bars with 7" block. Also added the 1" TEI spacer up front
Wheels are Fuel Mavericks 2-piece chrome in 20x10 with Nitto Trail Grapplers in 37x12.50x20
Then I plasti dipped my fender badges but leaving the "F350"
Just yesterday I installed my painted grill surround and I really love the difference that made.
Next will be tuning, exhaust and intake.
My last truck was a black 2008 Lariat F250 with a Pro Comp 6" lift with 22" black monsters and 37" Toyos. I missed that truck for a long time (sold it to an eager buyer about a year and a half ago). This thing has made me forget all about my old truck. Icon rides SO much better than that old Pro Comp. I love the little bit of chrome on this one. It is just the right amount I think. Now I do miss the power from my Spartan tuned 6.4L but this 6.7L is light years better in stock form compared to a stock 6.4L...that being said I still want that power. Tough not to once you had almost 600 HP before! My old truck is all over YouTube and made 582 on the dyno.
