Block heater issues maybe

Speaking strictly to the heater.. if the coolant hoses are not warm after being plugged in for 2 hours, you would start at checking/replacing the cord.

Like all the others said, you have some troubleshooting of the GP system to do as it should start without a heater. Were the gp's not changed w the injectors?

Mine doesn't get as warm as it used to. I could here it sizzle when I first plugged it in. Put a new cord on and it didn't change anything. Guess I'll check resistance on the heater.
