Brake pads

What's everyone using for aftermarket brake pads. The oem are terrible for brake dust. Put my new wheels on drove 1/2 mile down the rd and look at them and you can already see the thin layer of dust. I know the oem's are bad but there has to be something better.

I put full Ceramics on my 08 and it stopped it for the most part. Now, if I could just keep the pollen and dust from sticking to the rest of the truck I'd be in great shape.
