Brake Troubles

My brakes have not been working well on my 95 F250 for a long time. The brake pedal is soft and will continue to go to the floor as I brake making only the front brakes lock up if brake fast. (on gravel) When I took the box off I rebuilt the rear brakes thinking that was the problem. I put on new drums and shoes but it didn't change, even after bleeding the system.
Tonight I put on a new master cylinder thinking that it was leaking internally, but still have the exact same soft pedal. I've bled both front calipers, the ABS one on the frame rail, and both rear brakes. Any ideas on what to try next?

Did you try leaving the bleeders open and continually pouring brake fluid in for a while, then close them while someone continues pouring so it doesn't drain while your closing the bleeders, I know it sounds weird but I had an issue like that once where it was air bound and that was the only way I got it to bleed

I can try to bleed again. On the front brakes the fluid would pretty much pour out, but on the rear ones it just kind of dribbled out. I had the wife run the pedal for me a few times while I cracked the bleeder and it was solid fluid the whole time, but I can try to bleed it more.

The rear brakes also need to be properly adjusted for a good pedal.

Tonight I adjusted the rear brakes and had a friend help me bleed them again. They work a lot better now. Thanks for all the help.
