Broke down in Cheyenne WY

I have a 99 7.3 250. I am currently sitting on the side of the road broke down. My truck will turn over but not fire. It started just fine this morning 6:15 and drove for 1/2 mile before losing power and dying. I know the engine has low compression. My truck was running okay yesterday. If anyone in Cheyenne would help pull me off the road or give me some useful information on what it might be that would be great thanks.

Checked and added oil. It would only turn over no firing. Had to call wrecker and get rental car

I think we are just going to try and get it back to Kansas so I can work on it. Looking for a donor engine now
