Brown/goldish flakes in exhaust normal

What are the goldish color bubbles? Oil? Is that normal? This is the dpf delete pipe right after the down pipe.

Looks like my stack. Is just corrosion. Soot is corrosive

wipe your finger on it it is condensation ......... It will wipe away

On a side note, i tried to wipe some of it away, but they were dried up hard. Had me worried it may be dried water/oil mix.

water oil mix really wouldnt survive all the heat and would evaporate or burn before it made it that far, if it didnt burn it would be slick
