Short story I have a BTS trans and back in December my truck started a "banging clanking sound" missing and barely running , i was convinced it was internal engine failure trans shifted fine driving down the road.Truck's been in my garage since until today I started it again and thought it was in the trans. I unbolted the converter, Started the truck and the engine is running excellent and no banging sound.
My question is do you guys think it'd be the converter or a trans problem.
