I took some time to do a little drawing to show y'all what I think might work. I am trying to look away from a fuel block and regulator up top. So I came up with this idea. The supply line after the filter, A-1000, filter, and T with the regulated fuel coming in will run directly into the k16 pump (only a single for now). The return will come off the stock hard pipe into the regulator then back into the tank. Will this work?

I am planning something similar but with dual fuelers and the regulator on the feed side.

That's how mine will be but with dual fuelers and maybe mount an aftermarket fuel cooler in bumper.

According to the drawing the top "T" I still have to keep the factory check valve in place correct? And the bottom "T" will be a regular push lok "T"?
Also what does the regulator have to be set before it hits the pump?

I am looking at using a bdp sump, but what do I hook up the return line to? Sorry for the questions I wish I could look at a top of a tank to under stand it all better.

yes, the top "T" is the factory check valve and you'll keep that. the regulator should be set at 10PSI feeding the HPFP. the bottom "T" is just the return from the HPFP/rails and the return from the regulator, so yes you can make that out of push-lok fittings

You can use a sump if you want, I'm using a 3/4" draw straw. If you need any parts for your kit, like a draw straw, get ahold of Marty (in my sig) he has everything ready to ship out.

As far as the return goes, I'm using the factory feed line as my return. Just cut it a the factory pump, plumb it in there. You also have to take the screen off the bottom of the factory draw straw that's in the tank.
