Bullydog Powersh** Wont Return To Stock?

So I got a friend that purchased a SCT with Gearhead tunes and before he ordered it he brought the truck to me to try to return his to truck stock. Well I tried and all failed LOL. When I go to return to stock the tuner freezes at "turn key to run position" So I removed from the OBD11 port and then the truck didn't want to start. So I plugged it back in went back to to shift on fly settings clicked on a tune and the truck started. What should he do to return the truck back to the OEM stock tune so he can load the gearhead tunes? Thanks in advance.

Call them for guidance or be prepared to have the dealer reflash it with an updated factory tune.
