Burning up headlight harness

Before I burn this truck to the ground...

I've searched and searched, but can't find an answer only bypasses leaving excess unused wire on the truck.


My headlight plugs at the switch keep on burning up. I've heard it's because of cheap switches, and also too small of wire..


Anybody been through this?

Most are because of small wire, switches not making a good connection and the grounds coming loose. Check the grounds. Replace with a relay kit and it won't happen again.

Dangit, well I'm pretty good with electronics. I was hoping it wasn't just small ga. wiring and needing a relay.

There's an f250 headlight relay kit?
