Can you mix-n-match tunes?

Looking for opinions on running 2 different tunes at the same time... for example GearHead tranny file paired with H&S engine file? Or for that matter any other tunes that are out there if you should or shouldn't mix tunes. Has anyone done it or what do you guys advise?

I'm currently running GearHead and love them. I was just wondering if it was ok to do in case I know I'm gonna be running around the back road with my buddies I'll load the H&S engine file since the GearHead file is super clean. Gotta role a lil coal every once in a while. H&S is quite a bit smokier

But anyway good to know for future reference
