Wife called said dually is going nuts lights are flashing horn honking, door locks clicking, keys are out. Had son disconnect battery's. This eve I hook up battery's keys out blower comes on radio comes on just like key is in on position. It starts and shuts off but accessories stay on with key out.

Sounds like gem module. Has it been raining lately? Leaking windshield?

Matter of fact got 3" overnight but carpet is dry under driver side dash what does it look like. Been suspecting something every once in a while airbag light comes on.

It's bolted to the back of the fuse panel. The fuse panel is held on with 2 nuts and 2 bolts and there's 2 bolted on harnesses on the back side and one clip in harness on the side.
10mm socket should be all you need

Our plow truck had a problem like this. Turned out to be the gas pedal shorting out and sending stray voltage back. I think it was just the door locks going crazy, I cant remember since i didnt drive it at the time.

Found gem is ok can't say that for the fuse panel its toast.
