CCV oil blow out

So I just got my truck back from the shop having the following done:

Studs
Gaskets
Valve springs
push rods
rocker assembly's on both heads
exhaust manifolds
up pipes
ported fuel rails

AND a few other things. The CCV is vented to atmosphere and I had the CCV mod done before. BUT now it blows out enough oil to lube the chassis. What could have caused this to happen? Piston rings shot because of the fuel (SEE BELOW)? Heads are basically new and still need the break in time?

NOTE: The fuel rail sensor went bad and filled my crankcase up with fuel. They replaced the sensor and no other problems.

Mine does the exact same thing. Did with the old motor and tow powers, still does it after the rebuild and high powers. Need baffling where it takes the vapor from the valve cover, if you don't have the stock filler neck. When I get mine back it will not blow oil all over the frame any more. Don't buy Rudy's kit, no baffling anywhere and just makes a ***ing mess. On mine at least.

I just did almost the exact same mods to mine and was having the same problem. Mine ended up being the fuel rails. The ends weren't tightened down and it was blowing fuel into the oil. Can you smell fuel in your oil at all? I tore mine back down to get the valve covers off and tightened them but it's still leaking. I'm fed up with them and pulling the cab tonight and putting stock rails back in.

I have the stock fill neck with a DIY vent to atmosphere.....yeah its makes a mess and thats fo sho! I have those 22's on there and they throw oil up on the side of my truck....WHITE at that!

Might I ask how you fixed yours and what type of baffling did you use?

Is there something from the factory that should be there that isnt?

Looks really good man! Something about white regular cabs.... Lol.

I was getting alot more blowby with my truck and it was pulsing really bad at the factory oil fill, and had a pretty distinct fuel smell coming out. Mine ended up being the fuel rail ends were loose. After they got done porting them, they evidently didn't bother to tighten them down and I never checked them, I didn't think that I needed to babysit anyone's work.

Mine isn' fixed yet. Letting Tadd have free reign in designing something baffled that will work due to fitment issues. Confident the third time is the charm.

That sucks, I know my truck doesn't have that issue. Hope it all works out.

They didn't put it in and the other kit wasn't from them either. One was my set up and the other was Rudy's new one.

I don't have a race truck, it is my dd. I know it has always been an issue, two motors and the same problem.
Aaron, Mike H was talking to you about this but nothing ever came out of it. But there is no baffling in your kit anywhere. It seems some have more problems with this than others. I tried a simple fix but it didn't help in the long run.

This is how it looks after one day or so. I have to drain it and try to keep the filters oil free or it does this constantly.

I tried Craig's kit too, but same issues. No baffling in theirs either.I am not trying to throw people under the bus, but this is what happened to mine and my issues with them.
