Not sure what brand it is. Had it for ever. adjustable legs and arm. Must have.

I use the Harbor Freight 4K lb, I have not had any issues with it and the price is nice too.

I bought one 10 years ago and it's done several 7.3's.

Ive been using a 2 ton one from the local farm store. Handles the weight 10 times better that my engine stand.

Pretty much any hoist will do the job, engine stand is much more critical. Buy a bigger one than you think you need.

I have a larin 2 ton foldable one. I have abused it and it works fine.

HF 2 ton I bought off Craigslist with a 1000lb engine stand for 1/2 new price that were both used once. The engine stand isn't quite up to the task of holding a PSD, the cherry picker works like a charm.

I'm trying to figure out how to put a set of bearings in mine. Just gotta find a source of large ID bearings for little money. It's like they're made of unobtanium.
