chirping reverse

I just change my fluid and filter also added a additional trans cooler. Now it chirps in reverse is it air or something in the fluid?

what do you mean it chirps? in my old 02 i changed fluids an filter an the lady at napa shorted me like 4 quarts an my truck would stall in reverse.
