Chugging issue

Hi i have a 06 ford f350 dually with the 6.0. Since i got the truck at around 70 to 75 mph at about half throttle you can feel a chugging coming from the motor like its either starving for fuel or air. I unplugged the maf sensor on the intake and nothing changed still the same issue. When i rebuilt the turbo there was a vgt vein broke which now the turbo runs fine. I had also replaced the banjo bolts with the 6.4 banjo bolts to help with fuel and still having a chugging issue. Any help is appreciated thank you

And no codes will pop up for any issues have also tested the ficm and still nothing

Need to check your fuel pressure, and get a quality scanner on it to watch some parameters.
