100 on the SCT is not that bad, only about 14 PSI of boost. 101 KPA (What the SCT reads) is only atmosphere, approx. 14.7 PSI. Which if I remember right should be around 101 with KOEO, atmosphere pressure. So if you were building any boost it would be higher. Each 14.7 PSI would raise it 101 KPA, so 14 PSI of boost you would be above 200 KPA.
With a new EBP, I would say MAP Sensor. The MAP and EBP talk. If one is not where correct in relationship with the other it will set a bunch of different codes, 2 of which you are seeing.
My truck was doing the same thing. If the wiring is good, the bellows are not blown, I would change the MAP.
