cold idle and running issues

ok so i installed a new injector in #5 there 175/75s and now im having a sounds to be lopey cold idle and feels to be a miss til it hits running temp only thing i noticed is the updated standpipe i installed a while ago looked to be missing the teflon white o-ring not sure this is the issue there are no codes and once warm it runs fine just curious if its like the 7.3 where air stays in the oil manifold for so long or if i have a problem?

if it only does it when cold, sounds like a sticky spool valve.

on the new injector? never did it before?

Unless your FICM is reading low. If it did it when warm there would be other issues with injector. But if its just a cold miss that is 98% of the time a spool valve sticking.
