Cold start noises

The temps up here have dropped to around -4 to -11 Celsius. Even after my truck is at full operating temp my belt or something sounds like it's hissing. My friend has the same truck that is also deleted and his sounds normal right now even with the temps. Should I be concerned?

My 11 does this to. Gone after it runs a few minutes.

My 11 as well and all deleted makes the noise. Assume it is something to do with secondary cooling system. Doesn't matter if it is plugged in or not.

started the company 2013 cab and chassis today and it sounds exactly the same, sounds like something driven off the belts, im not going to worry about it tho goes away once it warms up

it was 65 here today.. no problems.

Same hear almost a intemittent belt noise but goes away after 20-30 seconds.

Mine does the same thing, these trucks don't like the cold very much.

LOL -22 two days in a row here and -10 at least for the entire week

I woldnt say these trucks dont like the cold, mine started find without being plugged in all week, cant say that for all the other trucks that are huei fired that are at my work, 3 trucks either didnt start or gelled up on the way in to town LOL
