so the 7.3 would not start if plugged in this winter i did the GPR n it didnt do anything so i did half the glow plugs so far cause the passenger side looks terrible to do.. i burned 2 starters this year so far what else could not make the GPR turn on or could it just b more bad GPs?

It very well could be bad glow plugs. Have you tested the glowplug relays operation?

you still have the stock GPR or stock replacement GPR... i had the same problem i had to plug my truck up to start it and thats sucks cause i was afriad it wouldnt start if i was in wal mart or something...if you are running the stock or oem replacement GPR order the stancor relay soon as i put it on my truck started first try and havent had a problem since...i got it for 61 bucks shipped best money spent

Check your gpr with a multimeter for proper operation. One of the two big terminals should always be hot, the other large terminal (towards drivers side usually) should be hot when the glow plugs are on.
