Thinking about doing sx-e 64.5 over s480 with my 340/150s

what should the specs be on the s480 or should I go to s480

Let's here everyone's thoughts

I ment s483 they were shawns but I had Jesse Warren go through them when they acted up

They run decent on the street keep it out of od unless your going 120 430 gears help out a bunch

Do they haze much when warm?
When I had 150 nozzles on my 285's, they were way too smokey for me...I sent them back to Jesse to change them to 100's.
I have haze with the 100's as well, but not nearly as bad.

What turbos are you running? I was thinking of swapping to 285s and a bigger compressor wheel on my low pressure when I get a trans.

GT55, 94mm for a primary, and the new Borg 69/73, as a secondary.

im running a cast 66/480 with the fuel I have currently there is enough

if I were to redo my setup, id probably look into the 369 and a 488 but I would need more fuel.

if you have the fuel for the setup, if go a little larger on the setup all together. but it depends what your using the truck for also.

There are a lot of people with way more experience than me that will tell you the 96mm turbine wheel does not have the power to turn the 88mm compressor to its full potential.

Yeah I talked with James about that and he said the biggest s400 he would run is a s485. He said after that he would look into a s500 or other options

loved my cast 63/billet 83 combo with my hybrids. made plenty of power and still had lots of air left.

They do haze a bit not a crazy amount tho I remember hearing about 125 nozzles not sure if anyone ever tested them or what might be a option tho

Warren doesn't carry a 125 but holder does. I was curious about trying them to see how bad they haze
