Same problem here. Mine just started recently also. I had my studs and egr delete about 50K ago at Rudy's. Im going to pressure check my system today and hope its something simple even though i doubt it..
OP.... Find someone or some shop that has a coolant pressure gauge and you should be able to narrow down your problem asap. Mine was discovered when we drove around with another pressure gauge t'd into the system. If the needle climbs with the boost you got a problem...
Def still having issues with the gasket or cracked head.... ?Mine did the same thing before I did studs and gaskets. Now I can have my coolant at ANY lever with absolutely no problem. Call MPD, they are good guys and I'm SURE they will get you sqaured away
Im not trying to say anything bad about mpd at all, craig has been great to me so far, i wanted to see if it was something stupid insted of bothering him with it!
But i would say it builds with the boost cause only when im hammering It is when it happens
Then You have some sort of issue. My truck from the day I tuned it would puke till it was about an inch low. give or take a quarter inch. With and without the egr delete. Once it was that low. It would never puke another drop no matter what I did. Did that right up to the day I wiped out both head gaskets. Now My coolant level is about an inch below the coolant cap (overfilled by mistake) And has not puked a drop in well over a year.
Not to jack the OP's thread but my truck won't blow any coolant from wide open x-street to putting around in my tow tune unless it's over filled. Been the same way for over 2 years. I very well could have a problem but seems to run fine, I dunno
Wasn't there a recall that actually dropped the full line?
