Coolant return fitting

My skinny ass broke the fitting while changing my oil.

I can't tell you how many of those I've broken. Im not sure if you need a new radiator, or if a shop can fix it. I k ow we always just replaced the radiators

Ive seen trucks that have tapped it to a 3/8'' NPT and put a 3/8'' barb fitting.

Same thing happened on our 03 f450 tapping it to 3/8 with the barb fitting sounds like a real good idea


2005 F250 6.0 powerstroke, 6 speed manual, egr delete, arp head studs, new oil cooler, aftermarket coolant filter, custom intake, 4" down pipe into dual 6" stacks, 8" lift, TSD super panty dropper tune.

So far so good. I got it fixed this morning.
