Axle, track bar, track bar bracket, drivers side u-bolt plate, drag link and tie rods at the absolute minimum.
If the axle has slide pin calipers you'll need those too (your 96 will have bolt on calipers)
If you can get the sway bar and brackets, go for it. I don't run one but a lot of people swear by them.
It will ride like **** with the F250 springs so either get the F350 springs with the axle or preferably V-code springs and a RSK.
