Dad's 6.0 down on the side of I-77 in VA

Said it wasn't running right dropping down to 55mph ran fine on down hill. Thought it was getting hot so the next hill dropped it in neutral and it died won't start but cranks, said the windows were acting weird not sure if that's related or not. Replaced stand pipes and dummy plugs not to long ago, all gauges were reading good making good boost (factory gauges) any help appreciated

Alternator? First thought with weird windows and everything will act up on low voltage too.

Evidently he had the windows locked so there's no issue there. My brother just came into the tunnel behind him and is bringing him water to put in it and is going to try to start it again

He also said the oil looked normal degas was low probably from where we had it out gonna have check the computer thing on the driver side valve cover to make sure it's connected

The dealer put arps in it before here bought it I don't know a lot about 6.0s but on the top of the the motor there's an empty plug, what looks like a block off plate and the appearance of something missing so I was assuming it is

Have him unplug the icp sensor and see if it starts

Ok thanks guys it's being towed towed somewhere I'll pass it along. If it starts with the icp unplugged does that mean it's the problem?
