dash kits.

So here's how it goes. I bought a Pioneer 3100 (I think) with a backup camera to put in my 01. Didn't put it in yet. Then I bought an 08 that already has a backup camera in the mirror. So I'm thinking about putting the stereo in my wife's 05. Are the dash kits the same for 99-04, 05-07, and 08-10?

I'm pretty sure that dash kits are different for 05-07, I know the dash itself and the way the OEM radios mount are different.
