I can’t seem to get a decent lifespan out of the Anchor brand transmission mounts sold at the auto parts stores. Anyone have a source for a polyurethane one or something that holds up a bit better? My stocker made it 250,000+, but have had two in my truck in the last 60,000 or so miles. As far as I can tell the motor mounts are still good...hard to see but seems like normal movement watching it while shifting/brake torqued. My current trans mount is separated and the transfer case has evidence of contact with the skid plate.

I haven’t dug in for heavy research yet, but my understanding (and at least one Ford dealer online) is it is obsolete and no longer available. I guess I’ll run by the local dealer this week and see what I can find out in person. Any info on who made the original OEM? I did a bit of searching here, but didn’t see much chatter about them.

No clue on who built them. What year truck? I just got one for my 04 about 4 months ago...
