I am getting ready to ship my truck from Guam to Washington. But I am going to a no smog checking county, however I am wanting to play it safe and put the DPF and CAT back on for shipping. The truck has no EGRs and I am running Spartan tuner. Can I put the DPF and Cat back on and just run the 40hp tune until I can put my delete pipe back in? Remember have no EGRs so returning it to stock is a no go.

I don't think it would be a problem. I'd change the tune then remove the pipe at the last possible minute. Probably throw codes and may even limp the truck but doubt that it would cause any irreversible harm.
