Efficient setups run very cool, and can be as strong as 740ish rwhp. -more than enough for a guy who depends on his truck for work day-in, and day-out. There will probably be more power on tap than your oil cooler, and possibly your radiator can keep up with running hard at these power levels. Daily driver with occasional towing: Keep it conservative, such as 60 hp nozzles with tow-powers, 85's with high powers, 110's with max powers. If you run turbos beyond the max power compound size, I'm guessing you don't tow much anyway, so whatever Weekend warrior with occasional track use: Go ahead with a bit larger injector than the daily driver crowd, but cut the pulse width back when you don't want to watch your EGT's like a hawk. There always seem to be exceptions to the rule, but I'll call the above list a beginner's guideline. Just make sure you have enough fuel supply and injection pump to maintain desired rail pressure, or power will fall off without spray to compensate. [/QUOTE]
