Drain valve on bottom filter leaking

My drain valve on the bottom fuel filter is leaking , and I cannot get it to stop ?
Can I take it apart and clean it , or will I just have to replace it ?

There is a replacement kit for just the drain valve. Try to have the fuel tank low when you do it.

Rivets are the new duct tape.
